David Spicer is a qualified communications technician . He has worked in various fields of the electronics industry in New Zealand and overseas. He has worked on the communications for the Hong Kong tunnel and the remote linking for lighthouses along the English coast. After more than 30 years he still enjoys working with radios and it is a major part of Rangitikei Tech’s business.
